Drs. John Wilson and Marcia Boyd were again invited to spend a morning with the graduating class at the University of British Columbia on January 2nd, 2008. There were approximately 50 students in attendance - a very good attendance for an 8 a.m. start and the very first class of the New Year!!
The students had many questions and there was lively interaction. Many do not have firm plans at the moment so a lot of time was spent talking about decision making in that regard and also about considering practice opportunities beyond the Lower Mainland.
According to the course coordinator the student reaction to the morning was extremely positive and he would like to extend an invitation for next year. |
