Tom Schramm has worked with healthcare professionals since 1983.
After spending 15 years at CIBC, and the last 6 serving the Ontario
dental community; as Manager of Professional Banking, Tom was hired
away from the bank by a newly formed company. This firm specialized
in structured financing for healthcare professionals; through loans,
leases and mortgages. In late 1995, bringing his valuable experiences
with him, he joined ROI Corporation and a few months later became
licensed as a registered salesperson under The Real Estate &
Business Brokers Act (of Ontario).
During the past ten years Tom has been involved with hundreds of
practice appraisals and sales, acting as confidant and consultant
to the dental community of the GTA and Southern Ontario. He recently
fulfilled the requirements to become a registered business broker
and looks forward to carrying on with ROI as Associate Broker. Over
the years, Tom has given informal presentations about appraisals
and the transition of practices to dental societies and study groups.
