Wayne Raborn received his DDS from Medical College of Virginia in 1965 and his MS from Florida State University in ’79. He is currently Professor Emeritus and is past Chair and Associate Dean, Department of Dentistry, Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, University of Alberta. Wayne joined ROI Corporation as a Senior Associate in 2004. He is a former dental faculty member of UNC, Chapel Hill and the University of Connecticut He is a Diplomate, American Board of Oral Medicine, and a Fellow of the ADI, FDI, ACD, and AGD. Wayne holds membership in the ADA&C and the CDA. Dr. Raborn is also a licensed Realtor® in Alberta.
Wayne is pleased to meet with his former students and colleagues, as evidenced by the frequent number of road trips he takes in his RV all over Western Canada providing appraisal and brokerage services. He often travels with his wife Diane, who is also a Realtor®. With over forty years of dental practice, including nearly 30 as a dental educator, Wayne’s quiet wisdom and common sense approach to the profession are highly respected by all those who know him.
